Judge dismisses majority of GitHub Copilot copyright claims

Article note: I'm pretty excited that one of the two surviving claims is violation of open source licenses. I'd love to see the extractive parasites get their legs kicked out from under them and anything trained on FOSS code get deemed to fall under the training set's license.
