General purpose MCUs built in to LEDs emulate candle flicker

Article note: Heh, neat. There are a ton of little no-name OTP PIC12 or PIC14 -likes whose cost is approximately equal to that of the packaging, so embedding them in a LED seems appropriate. We're not far from ARM Cortex M0s being in that same category.
