(credit: Spencer Platt | Getty Images)<\/p>  <\/figure><div><a name=\"page-1\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>A federal judge in Virginia has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.vaed.341477\/gov.uscourts.vaed.341477.323.0_1.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" >ruled<\/a> that the government's terrorism screening database (TSDB) is unconstitutional because people on the list are not given an adequate opportunity to contest their inclusion.
