Yesterday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2020\/4\/28\/21240637\/amc-theaters-universal-trolls-world-tour-disney-warnermedia-digital-streaming\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AMC Theaters decided to bar<\/a> Universal movies because of comments made by NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell, arguing that Universal didn&rsquo;t take theater chains into consideration when it made the decision to go direct to consumer. The ban extends to Odeon Cinemas, which is an AMC company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/amp\/business-52468881\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in the United Kingdom<\/a>.
